Westend was originally established in 1963 as West End Cabinet Company in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North-East of England. Providing high quality specialist joinery and formica bonding, the company quickly built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and excellent service.

The high demand for the company's work has lead to considerable expansion and Westend now has four main areas of expertise in bar and shop fitting, specialist architectural joinery, laboratory and specialist fittings and bespoke private commissions.
